Although we only accept exchanges for identical items, all products listed through eBay and/or Amazon must adhere to their respective return and exchange policies.

• Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
   
• Final sale items—including clearance and hygiene-sensitive products—are not eligible for exchange.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
   
• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.

• Special pricing is available only for purchases totaling $300 or more (before tax and shipping).
   
• Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours or 3 business days before the scheduled order placement date.
   
• All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation service fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disrespectful or abusive behavior toward staff or other customers.
